Your Use Restrictions

Contract terms that limit how WHOI may use sponsor-provided or sponsor-funded assets such as data, materials, software, equipment access, or project results. It is possible to negotiate restrictions to confine limits to the defined statement of work, preserve academic research continuity, clarify permitted internal research use, and prevent downstream publication or reuse conflicts.
