Master Research Agreement (MRA)

A negotiated umbrella contract with an industry sponsor that sets baseline legal terms (confidentiality, publication review, IP treatment, liability/indemnity, governing law, dispute terms, invoicing principles) for a multi-year relationship. Individual projects are then added via project-specific SOWs and budgets, reducing repeated negotiation.
